Unfortunately, remote start is not a feature currently supported by the DIMO device. 

Vehicle commands like remote start are only available through a Smartcar software connection and only if that feature is already provided by the vehicle's manufacturer.

We’re always working on ways to improve DIMO, so this functionality may be available for certain vehicles in the future.
