Getting Started: Key Info and Requirements

- To ensure your OEM is compatible, please check your vehicle here.
- You will need your OEM login credentials to connect to DIMO.
- You must have an active OEM subscription in order to receive rewards.
- Connecting an OEM subscription alongside your DIMO Device can slightly boost DIMO rewards and may include additional features like locking/unlocking of your vehicle, though your OEM subscription must support this feature.

- Please note that we only support vehicles that are:
- Made in 2008 or newer.
- In supported countries (find our list here).
📲Requirements
- You will need to download the DIMO Mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.
- You will need to create a DIMO account.
- You will need to create a web3 wallet, such as the three listed above or our in-app web wallet.
🔨 Installation
Please use the following steps to connect your OEM to DIMO:
Step 1: Download DIMO Mobile and sign-in.
Step 2: Tap the plus button on the garage tab.
Step 3: Connect your wallet.
Step 4: Select “My car came with an app”.
Step 5: Select your OEM’s app.
Step 5: Click “Continue” to share your vehicle app’s data with DIMO.
Step 6: Sign into your OEM account.
Step 7: Allow DIMO to access your OEM data.
Step 8: Create vehicle ID.
Step 9: Once your car has been connected, click “OK”.
