Getting Started: Key Info and Requirements

• You will need your Tesla login information for the onboarding process.
• Please note that we only add vehicles in supported countries (find our list here).

📲Requirements

• You will need to download the DIMO Mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.
• You will need to create a DIMO account. 

🔨 Installation

This is an excellent time to watch the video once through to see all the steps. You can also refer back to the video if you need to. 

Please use the following steps to connect your Tesla to DIMO:

Step 1: Download DIMO Mobile and create a new account if you are a new user or log in if you are an existing user.

Step 2: Click on “Connect a vehicle” and confirm you’d like to share your data with DIMO. Select “Use Software” to connect through your Tesla app.

Step 3: When prompted, sign into your Tesla account and then select your car.

Step 4: Claim your vehicle ID.
