Deleting an IntegrationUpdated 13 days ago

If you need to remove an integration from your DIMO account, it can be easily done through the following steps: 

Step 1: Locate the “Garage” Tab

• Once here, click on your desired vehicle. Then, scroll down to the bottom to find the “Data Sources” text. 

Step 2: Access “Data Sources”

• Click on "Data Sources" to access the integration settings.

Step 3: Delete the Integration

• Within the “Data Sources” menu, locate the integration you wish to disconnect. 
  • If you are connected using software, click on delete "OEM connection"
  • If you are connected using a device, click on delete "DIMO miner"

Step 4: Confirm Deletion

• A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Yes, delete this connection" to confirm the deletion of the integration.

Step 5: Completion

• After confirming the deletion, the integration will be removed, and your DIMO device will no longer be associated with the previous vehicle.
