If you lose access to your account or wallet, sadly there isn't much we can do to restore access to your account due to the decentralized nature of the project and it being Web3.
You won't be able to delete your account, if you get a new device, your old vehicle will still be paired with the old device, so be careful not to lose access to your account. Make sure to save your secret key in a safe place. We are not responsible for any lost accounts.
We are very limited on where we can assist on the Web3 side of things. When you sign transactions, you own the transaction. We cannot forcefully unpair your VIN # because it is connected to the blockchain.
This is just like how MetaMask is unable to recover your wallet if you lose access to it.
In summary, if you lose access to your account with anything paired to it, you lose access to anything paired on the blockchain. This would mean that if you did not unpair your device before deleting your vehicle, you would not be able to unpair the vehicle's VIN number.
