If you're unable to log into your DIMO account, please reach out to us at [email protected] and include the following information:
- The VIN numbers for any vehicles linked to your account
- Photos of the serial numbers on your DIMO devices
We’ll use this information to help locate your account and identify the email address associated with it. It's common for users to accidentally log into the wrong account, especially if they have multiple email addresses.
⚠️ Please note: For security reasons, we cannot grant access to an account if you no longer have access to the original email address used to create it. Also, if you have deleted your account, this is unrecoverable, and you will not be able to restore your account.
