DIMO allows returns for orders postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date. DIMO honors a twelve (12) month warranty on DIMO devices from the original date of delivery, in case of defect when there is no software fix available.&#xA0;Under this policy, a software fix is defined as any change to the existing software and/or hardware configuration by a software update or an over-the-air (OTA) update to restore the functions as specified by the DIMO device.For our full warranty information click <a href="https://dimo.co/policies/refund-policy" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.
