Can I transfer my DIMO device from one car to another?Updated a month ago

Yes, you can! It's the same steps as deleting an integration from your DIMO mobile app. 

Step 1: Under the “Garage” Tab

  • Once here, click on your desired vehicle. Then, scroll down to the bottom to find the “Data Sources” and click on it, then click on the device and click on "Remove Connection".

Step 2: Confirm Deletion

  • A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Yes, delete this connection" to confirm the deletion of the integration.

Step 3: Completion

  • After confirming the deletion, the integration will be removed, and your DIMO device will no longer be associated with the previous vehicle.

Once this is done, you can follow the instructions on your specific device to connect again.
