Delete an IntegrationUpdated a month ago

Sometimes, you may need to remove an integration from your DIMO account for various reasons. 

This can be done easily through the following steps. 

Step 1: Locate the Garage Tab and click on the desired vehicle.

Scroll down to the bottom to find the Connections text. 

Step 2: Access Connections

Click on "Connections" to access the integration settings.

Step 3: Delete the Integration

Within the Connections menu, locate the integration you wish to disconnect. 

• If you are connected with SmartCar or Tesla, click on delete "OEM connection"
• If you are connected using a device, click on delete "DIMO miner"

Step 4: Confirm Deletion

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Yes, delete this connection" to confirm the deletion of the integration.

Step 5: Completion

After confirming the deletion, the integration will be removed, and your DIMO device will no longer be associated with the previous vehicle.
